From Susanne: upon arrival
We made it! We are here in Rwanda under the night sky which is filled with shinning stars. Rwanda is a busy bustling city, the streets are filled with people and bright lights glowing on fountains and store fronts. This truly is the land of a thousand hills and the steep streets created valleys and turns in our caravan to the hotel. It is so hard to comprehend where this country has been. Tomorrow we start our trek learning of the history of Rwanda and ending at a genocide site. I can hardly wait.
